Airpark One is the first private airfield on Phuket.

With a grass runway of over 600meters, it can accomodate small planes of residents and - upon written invitation only - their visitors.

While most villas have their private hangar on their premises, Town One residents will prefer to park their planes in the Flying Club's hangar just off the runway.

Phuket Flying Club

The club will be based at Phuket Airpark and will allow members to join and fly at the airpark.

Club members can base their own plane at the Airpark and/or rent a plane operated by the Club. A Cessna 182 has been purchased by the Airpark and will be operated by the Club.

The Club will be presided by Captain Watana and organized similarly to a Golf Club:
Each member pays an initial fee of 500'000 (fivehundredtowsend) to set up the infrastructure and an annual Club Membership fee (to operate the club and maintain the facilities) of 5'000 Baht.
The number of club members will be limited; the bylaws are to be established.

APPROACHING ON THE GROUND:

From Phuket International Airport: Turn right (South) out of airport - Drive 1.4 Kilometers. Turn left (East) - Drive 4.04 Kilometers. Turn right (South) onto road 402 - Drive .68 Kilometers. Turn left (East) onto road 4027 - Drive 13.15 Kilometers. Turn left enter Phuket Airpark.
From Central Festival Mall: Drive past central (on your left, North) on the pass road - Drive 7.55 kilometers. Turn left North West on road 402 - Drive 3.76 kilometers. Turn right (around circle) - On road 4027 - Drive 6.35 kilometers. Turn right enter Phuket Airpark.
